Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 medium sweet onion, diced
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1 (15.25oz.) can Bush's Reduced Sodium Black Beans
- 1 (28oz.) Diced tomatoes
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 package chipotle seasoning
- 1 cup water
Preparation
Step 1
Cook turkey, onion and bell pepper in a large saucepan over medium heat, and cook until turkey is browned evenly.
Add undrained can of black beans, diced tomatoes and corn. Stir in seasoning. Add water.
Bring mixture to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer 30 minutes. You may add more water while cooking if you prefer a thinner consistency.
