Ingredients
- 1 pound Macaroni, uncooked
- 1 pound Cheddar cheese, extra sharp (cubed)
- White Sauce: (1 quart)
- 3 Tbsp Butter
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 2 Cups milk
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Add cheese to white sauce and let melt. Cook macaroni and drain. Put macaroni in a 2 qt greasd casserole. Add sauce mixture and stir together. Bake in a 350 degree oven until brown on top.
