Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Macaroni, uncooked
  • 1 pound Cheddar cheese, extra sharp (cubed)
  • White Sauce: (1 quart)
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 2 Cups milk
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Add cheese to white sauce and let melt. Cook macaroni and drain. Put macaroni in a 2 qt greasd casserole. Add sauce mixture and stir together. Bake in a 350 degree oven until brown on top.
