Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1-2 clove roasted garlic
- 5 lg potatoes, peeled & cubed
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
In saucepan, cook potatoes and garlic in broth until tender. Drain and reserve the broth. Mash potatoes with enough broth until desired consistence is reached. Season with salt and pepper. Serves 6.
