Macaroni and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 lb macaroni
  • 1 lbs velveeta, cubed
  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 Tablespoons Margarine
  • 4 Tablespoons Flour
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • pepper to taste
  • 1 Tablespoon Margarine
  • 1/2 bread crumbs

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Saute onion in 4 Tablespoons of Margarine. Add flour and pepper until it forms a paste. Add milk and cook until thickening starts. Stir in Velveeta until melted. Toss Macaroni with sauce. Pour into baking dish.
Melt 1 Tablespoon Margarine and mix with bread crumbs. Sprinkle on top of macaroni.

Bake for 30 minutes.
