Olive Oil Baked Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. Lg. Shrimp
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
  • 1/2 C. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 2 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbsp. Red Pepper Flakes
  • 3 Tbsp. Chopped Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
  • 1/4 C. Chopped Fresh Tomatoes
  • 1/4 C. White Wine

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients in an oven-safe saute pan & bake for 10 min. Serve immediately.
