Ingredients
- 2 lbs. Lg. Shrimp
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped Garlic
- 1/2 C. Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
- 2 tsp. Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Red Pepper Flakes
- 3 Tbsp. Chopped Italian Flat Leaf Parsley
- 1/4 C. Chopped Fresh Tomatoes
- 1/4 C. White Wine
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375. Combine all ingredients in an oven-safe saute pan & bake for 10 min. Serve immediately.
