Ingredients
- 1 3/4 C uncooked egg noodles
- 1/2 C sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz)diced tomatoes in sauce
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 C cubed cooked chicken breast
- 1/4 C shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/3 C shredded mozzarella cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cook noodles according to package directs. Meanwhile in a large nonstick skillet coated with spray saute mushrooms fro 2-4 mins or until tender. Stir in tomatoes and soup until blended. Stir in the chicken Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Bring to boil. Reduce heat simmer uncoved for 5-8 mins or until heated through. Stir noodles into skillet
