Biscuits and Beef Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Flour
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 (10 oz.) Can Evaporated Milk
  • 2 Cups Peas, cooked
  • 1 Tube Buttermilk Biscuits

Preparation

Step 1

Brown ground beef and onion in skillet. Stir the flour, salt, and pepper into skillet. Stir the milk and peas into skillet. Heat for 3 minutes. Pour into greased casserole dish and arrange the biscuits on top. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
