Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked baby shrimp
- 1- 16 oz package of tiny peas
- 1 can of chinese noodles (5 oz)
- Unsalted cashews to taste
- 1 cup of celery
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 cup of mayo (can substitute yogurt)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except cashews and noodles. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. When ready to serve, add cashews and noodles.
Delicious served over honeydew.
