Ingredients
- 2 cups sugar
- ½ cup oil
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ cup raisins
- Cream cheese frosting
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups Powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Beat sugar, oil, pumpkin and eggs in large mixer bowl on medium speed for 1 minutes. Stir in baking mix, cinnamon, and raisins. Pour into a jellyroll pan.
Bake in oven at 350deg. For 25 to 30 minutes.
