Ingredients
- 1 C mayo
- 1 sm. Red onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 C raisins
- 1/4 to 1/3 C sugar
- 2 T vinegar
- 7 C chopped fresh broccoli
- 1/2 C chopped walnuts or sunflower kernels.
- 8 slices bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
In a lg. bowl, stir together the mayo, onion, raisins, sugar and vinegar. Add broccoli and stir to coat. Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours. Stir in the nuts or sunflower kernels and the bacon just before serving. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
