Rosemary Lemon Drop (wine)

A lovely light summer drink

Ingredients

  • 2 cups water
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 8 lemon peels
  • 8 sprigs of rosemary
  • 3 bottles of white wine
  • 8 lemon's juiced
  • 6 c ice
  • citrus slices (optional)
  • fresh rosemary (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Boil water, sugar, lemon peel and rosemary. When sugar dissolves, cool and strain.

Fill 4-6 Qt Pticher with 3 bottles of wine, juice from the lemons and half the syrup, adding more to taste.

Stir in 6 cups of ice, citrus slices and fresh rosemary
