Ingredients
- 22 avocados, pitted and chopped
- 1/2cup1/2 cup vegan sour cream
- 1/4cup1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
Using food processor, puree avocados, sour cream, cilantro and lime juice; season. Serve dip with crudites, tortilla chips or crackers.
