Ingredients
- 1 jar (10 oz) maraschino cherries, drained, juice reserved
- 1 can (12 ounce.) Frozen pink lemonade concentrate, partly thawed
- 1/4 c. water
- 8 (3 oz.) paper cups
- 8 popsicle sticks
Preparation
Step 1
Place one whole cherry in each paper cup. Coarsely chop remaining cherries.
Put chopped cherries, lemonade concentrate, water and reserved cherry juice in the container of an electric blender or food processor. Puree or blend
until smooth.
Divide cherry mixture among paper cups. Freeze 30 to 40 minutes, or until
very slushy. Place popsicle sticks in the center of each cup.
Freeze 1 hour longer, or until firm. To serve, peel off paper cups.
