Slow Cooker Italian Beef

  • 3-4 lb beef roast
  • 1 package dry italian dressing mix
  • 12 oz can of beer
  • Sliced onions and peppers (optional)
  • Garlic cloves or minced garlic (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Place roast in slow cooker, with vegetables and garlic as desired. Sprinkle with dry dressing mix. Pour beer over roast. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or high for 3-4 hours. Shred and serve with juice on crusty rolls.
