Ingredients
- 1 6-oz can crab meat, rinsed and drained (I chop it up a bit)
- 1 14-oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 8-oz pkg cream cheese
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped (optional)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 Tbs dry parsley flakes
- 1 to 1-1/2 Tbs crushed red pepper (optional)
- garlic powder to taste; onion powder to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Rinse and drain crab meat. Place in 1-qt. casserole or microwave safe dish. Add remaining ingredients. Cover with lid or waxed paper. Microwave on 70% power 4-5 minutes, stirring every 2
minutes, or until dip reaches desired serving temperature. Makes 3 cups
