chicken/turkey fingers

Great. I fried them early in the day and then finished them off in the frypan just before serving.

Ingredients
- 3-4 large boneless/skinless chicken breasts
- 3 eggs
- salt and pepper
- parmesian cheese
- papkika
- some Vegeta
- milk
- flour
- bread crumbs
Preparation
Step 1
cut chicken breasts into pieces and add
salt and pepper, parmesian cheese, Vegeta, paprika.
mix meat well and let stand until you prepare the meat
in one bowl add flour
in 2nd bowl mix eggs with cream
next bowl add bread crumbs
Dip each chicken breast in flour then egg and then bread crumbs. Place on cookie sheet
Add Canola oil in 2 frypans and when hot add chicken pieces.
Fry on all sides till brown/ Do not let them burn.
When golden on all sides remove to paper towel and continue till all are cooked.
When ready to serve add back into clean frypan with more canola oil and fry till done.
