Great Jewish Holiday Dish, a Treat!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Extra Wide Egg Noodles, cooked
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups Golden Raisins
  • 1/2 lb Small Curd Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Stick Butter
  • 4 Eggs, Beaten well
  • 2 tsps Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 Tbsp Vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Cook and drain egg noodles. Set aside.

Melt butter in a large bowl. Add all ingrediants (not the noodles) to the melted butter and mix well.

Add noodles and blend well with mixture.

Pour into a 13 x 9 casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until lightly brown around the edges.
