Ingredients

  • 3 cans white shoepeg corn (drained)
  • small bell pepper, chopped fine
  • 1/4 cup fine chopped onion
  • 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
  • mayonaise and/or sour cream (equal parts mixture if using both)
  • salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together using enough mayo and sour cream to moisten. Refrigerate preferably overnight before serving.
