Blueberry/raseberry Nome 2007 Convemtion

From Bety Hunt Dessert they served us at convention

Ingredients

• First layer
• 1 cup flour cut in 1 cup margarine till crumbly
• Add 1 cup finelyt chopped nuts
• Put into bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Bake 10 to 12 min. a 350 degrees. cool
• Second Layer
• 1 8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
• 1 cup powdered sugar. Blend
• Fold on 1 * pz cool whip
• Place on top of first layer.

Preparation

Step 1

Third layer
Boil over medium hea until thick and clear
1 cup sugar
3 T corn syrup
1 cup water
Add and stir until completely dissolved
3 T raseberry jello
Add 1 quart frozen blueberries or raseberries
Fourh Layer
1 8 oz cool whip
Its is best to use frozen berries as it helps to jell the dessert best.
