Ingredients
- 2 pound fresh broccoli trimmed and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups (8oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 medium red onion, chopped
- Dressing
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
In a large salad bowl, combine broccoli, bacon, cheese and onion. In a separate bowl, combine dressing ingredients. Add to salad and toss. Chill
