  • 2 GREEN ONIONS, THINLY SLICED, DIVIDED
  • 1 8OZ. TUB CREAM CHEESE
  • 1 6OZ CAN LUMP CRABMEAT, DRAINED
  • 1/2 C SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDER CHEESE
  • 1/2 C FINELY CHOPPED RED BELL PEPPER
  • 1 T. GREY POUPON MUSTARD
  • RITZ CRACKERS

Preparation

Step 1

REMOVE 2T. ONIONS. SET ASIDE. MIX REMAINING ONIONS WITH ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CRACKERS.
REFRIGERATE 1 HOUR.
SPRINKLE WITH RESERVED ONIONS.
SERVE WITH CRACKERS
