Ingredients
- 1 - 14 oz. jar roasted red peppers (drain and pat dry)
- 1/2 cup sliced sun dried tomatoes (soak in hot water 5 min., drain & pat dry)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 2 tbsp. parsley
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Mix peppers, tomatoes, garlic and lemon in food processor.
Add rest and blend smooth.
