Ingredients
- 2 t. oil
- 3 T. vinegar
- 2 t. Dijon Mustard
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 lb. chicken breasts
- 2 c. mushrooms (halved)
- 1/3 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 t. thyme
Preparation
Step 1
Mix vinegar, dijon, garlic, use mix to coat chicken
Saute chicken in oil with extra marinade, remove when cooked
Saute mushrooms in oil/marinade mix.
Add broth, thyme to mushrooms.
Cover chicken with mushrooms, serve
