Tomato Sauce or "La Pommarola"

Ingredients

  • 1 kg of tomatoes
  • 1 carrot
  • 2 stalk of celery
  • 1 onion
  • parsley
  • garlic
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cut tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion and garlic in pieces and cook in pan under low fire. Add chopped parsley. Continue cooking until tender. Pass all through vegetable mill. This is a healthy sauce without oil.
