Ingredients
- 1 1 1 lb fingerlings
- 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 oz prosciutto
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 c white wine vinegar
- 2-1/2 2-1/2 2-1/2 t sugar
- S&P
- 2 2 2 T scallions
Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes. Sautee prosciutto and simmer sauce. Add sauce to potatoes and top with crispy ham and scallions.
