German-style Fingerling Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1 1 lb fingerlings
  • 1-1/2 1-1/2 1-1/2 oz prosciutto
  • 1/4 1/4 1/4 c white wine vinegar
  • 2-1/2 2-1/2 2-1/2 t sugar
  • S&P
  • 2 2 2 T scallions

Preparation

Step 1

Boil potatoes. Sautee prosciutto and simmer sauce. Add sauce to potatoes and top with crispy ham and scallions.
