Coconut Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tbls milk
  • 1 cup corn flakes crushed
  • 1/2 cup flaked sweetened coconut
  • 1 pkg chicken tenders
  • 3 tbls butter melted

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400. Grease 15 x 10 baking sheet with butter. Combine flour and salt in shallow dish. mix well. Combine eggs and mild in another shallow dish and crushed corn flakes and coconut in another. Dip chicken into flour then into egg coating well. Dip egg-coated chicken into corn flake mixture Press corn flake mixture firmly into chicken. Put chicken on baking sheet and coat with melted butter. Bake turning once until chicken is done about 10 to 15 min. We like it dipped in ranch dressing.
