Ingredients
- 3 Medium Yukon gold potatoes peeled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
- Water to cover
- 1 tbs wasabi paste
- 2 tbs butter
- 3 tbs heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in steamer, cover with water and cook 10 minutes. Drain. Add remaining ingredients and mash with a potato masher.
