Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp. basil
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 cup asparagus, 1" pieces, cooked & drained
  • 1 9" pie crust, unbaked

Preparation

Step 1

Combine
ingredients.
Pour into pie shell
Bake at 375* for 40 - 50 minutes or until knife come out clean.
