SAVORY MUSHROOM CHICKEN

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)
  • 2 Tbsps vegetable oil
  • 10 oz. sliced mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Grey Poupon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup half and half or light cream
  • Hot cooked egg noodles

Preparation

Step 1

In large skillet, over medium-high heat, brown chicken in oil 4 minutes on each side.

Add mushrooms and garlic. Cook 5 minutes.

Stir in mustard and half and half. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Serve over noodles.
