Ingredients
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
- 3 T water
- 1 t salt
- 2 c flour
Preparation
Step 1
Beat the egg yolks and whole egg until very light. Beat in water and salt. Stir in and work the flour in with your hands. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out on floured surface and let dry. Cut into width you prefer.
