Ingredients
- 1/2 package bacon ( 6 to 7 slices)
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 32 oz green beans
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Cut bacon into 1 in squares. Cook in skillet with onion until brown. Remove to plate. Add beans to bacon grease and cook until desired tenderness. Stir in vinegar and sugar. Add back bacon, add salt and pepper to taste.
