Ingredients
- 2 limes
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 3 cups water
- 1 cup ice
Preparation
Step 1
1. Wash limes thoroughly. Cut off the ends and slice into eight wedges. Place limes in a blender with the sugar, sweetened condensed milk, water, and ice.
2. Blend in an electric blender, pulsing 5 times. Strain through a fine mesh strainer to remove rinds. Serve over ice.
Note: Whatever you do, do not make a second batch using the contents of the strainer. What's in the strainer needs to be thrown out after each batch or it will be bitter beyond belief.
Pro Tip 1: Add 1 shot of coconut rum per glass to serve as a cocktail.
Pro Tip 2: Keep in the blender so you can re-froth it regularly. Its best frothy.
