Ingredients
- 4 c. water
- 1/2 c fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 c loosely packed basil
- 6 Tb sugar
- 4 c ice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine 4 cups water and juice in large bowl. Place 1/2 c. basil and sugar in motar; pound with pestle until a paste forms. Add sugar mixture to water; stir until sugar dissolves. Strain mixture; discard solids.
Serve with ice
