Fettuccini Alfredo

  • 6 oz fettuccini pasta
  • 1/4 c butter
  • 3/4 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 2 T chopped fresh parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Cook pasta according to package and then drain. Meanwhile in a heavy saucepan, melt butter over medium heat, gradually stir in cheese then cream until well blended. Continue heating sauce stirring constantly just to boiling point. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Serve over fettuccini.
