Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless, thin sliced chicken breasts, thinly sliced crosswise
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 12 ounces frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Chili-garlic sauce
Preparation
Step 1
In large skillet, cook chicken and garlic in extra virgin olive oil over medium, stirring, until browned and cooked through, about 3 minutes. Stir in broccoli, hoisin and chili-garlic sauce; cook until heated through, 3 minutes. Serve over rice.
