Ingredients
- Pie Sticks
- 1 egg
- 1 t water
- 1 refrigerated pie crust
- 1/4 c raspberry preserves
- 1/2 c mini semi sweet choc chips
- sugar crystals
- Chocolate Raspberry Dip
- 1 c milk choc chips
- 1/2 c whipping cream
- 1 T Chambord
Preparation
Step 1
1. heat oven to 400*, beat egg with water til frothy
2. lightly floured, unroll pie crust, cut into 3/4 in strips, cut each in half, brush with beaten egg.
3. sppon about 1 t preserves in thin line down center, add row of chips, cover each with matching strip of dough, press edges together with fork to seal, place on ungreased cookie sheet.
4. brush tops of sticks with beaten egg, sprinkle with sugar
5. bake 12 to 14 min or until golden brown
6. in saucepan, melt choc chips and cream over med-low heat until melted, remove from heat and add chombord.
7. serve pie sticks with choc-rasp dip.
