Ingredients
- 2 TBLS soy sauce
- 1 Tsp Sugar
- 1/2 Tsp Ginger Minced
- 1/2 Tsp Garlic Minced
- 1 TBLS Olive Oil
- 2 Salmon Fillets (4-5 oz)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in ziplock bag. Marinate salmon for 5-10 minutes then grill. Save marinade for basting.
