Ingredients
- 3 C peeled, chopped fresh peaches (about 4 medium)
- 1 C vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/8 - 1/4 tsp almond extract
- Toasted sliced almonds
- Fresh mint, opt.
- Sugar to taste - white or brown
Preparation
Step 1
Blend all ingredients until smooth in a blender; refrigerate until chilled; serve with almonds and mint, if desired
