Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 C plain flour
  • 2 C sugar
  • 2 tsp soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • Topping:
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 C sugar
  • 3/4 C can cream
  • coconut
  • pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Cake:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Beat eggs and mix in. Add crushed pineapple and blend. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.

Filling:
Beat ingredients. Boil hard 5 minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Pour over cake while hot.
