Ingredients
- Cake:
- 1 C plain flour
- 2 C sugar
- 2 tsp soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- Topping:
- 1 stick butter
- 1 1/2 C sugar
- 3/4 C can cream
- coconut
- pecans
Preparation
Step 1
Cake:
Mix first 4 ingredients. Beat eggs and mix in. Add crushed pineapple and blend. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes.
Filling:
Beat ingredients. Boil hard 5 minutes. Add coconut and pecans. Pour over cake while hot.
