Ingredients
- 2 pkgs. (20 oz) frozen broccoli spears, cooked 1/2 way and drained
- 4-6 fish fillets
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1/2 soup can milk
- 1 1/2 - 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. Italian bread crumbs
- 2 tsp. melted butter
- paprika
Preparation
Step 1
Place cooked broccoli into 9 x 13 pan. Top w/ fish, sprinkle w/ paprika. Mix soup and milk, pour over fish. Sprinkle w/ cheese. Stir the bread crumbs w/ butter. Sprinkle over top, bake at 350 for 45 mins. or till fish is flaking when tested w/ fork.
