Ingredients
- 2 Medium very ripe tomatoes coarsely grated
- 2 Tbsp finely grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 tsp salt (stir together)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together and spread on grilled or boiled corn on the cob.
