Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage, cored and shredded
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 8 ounces (2 sticks) butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 pound medium Hungarian egg noodles, cooked
Preparation
Step 1
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, saute cabbage and onion in butter until golden brown. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Mix with cooked egg noodles. Adjust seasonings and serve hot.
