Spinach Souffle

Ingredients

  • 1 10-oz. package frozen chopped spinach
  • 1 tsp. onion grated
  • Water
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook spinach and onion in a small amount of water until softened. Drain well. Combine eggs with spinach. Add other ingredients and pour into a greased 1-quart casserole.

2. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until center is set.
