Ingredients
- 4 1/2 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Corn Starch
- 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg
- 2 tsp. Cinnamon (I use a little more)
- 1 tsp Salt
- Juice of a Lemon
- 3 Drops of Yellow food Coloring
- 10 Cups of water
- 40 Apples peeled and Cored and Sliced
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all but apples and cook until thick then put Apples in hot mason jars pour sauce in jars and seal. Process in hot bath . When it starts boiling time it for 10 minutes.
