Zucchini Saute

Ingredients

  • 2 Green Zucchini, sliced
  • 2 Yellow Zucchini, sliced
  • 2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  • 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
  • 1/2 C. Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh Basil, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Finely Grated Parmesan Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Cook zucchini in hot oil in lg. skillet on med. heat 3 min, stirring occasionally. Add garlic; cook 3 min. or till zucchini is tender-crisp. Remove from heat; stir in mozzarella & basil. Sprinkle with parmesan. Serve.
