Ingredients
- 6 strips bacon, diced
- 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
- 2 cans (10-3/4oz each) condensed cream of potato soup undiluted
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 3 cans (6-1/2oz each) minced clams, undrained
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- minced fresh parsley
Preparation
Step 1
In a large saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp; remove to paper towels. Drain, reserving 1 tbsp drippings. In the drippings, saute onion until tender. Stir in soup and milk. Add clams, lemon juice, thyme, pepper and bacon. Heat through. Garmish with parsley
