Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh rosemary
- 2 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 lb whole almonds, toasted
- 3/4 pound pistachios, toasted
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
- 1/2 cup chopped dried figs
- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Preparation
Step 1
In small bowl combine rosemary, red pepper, brown sugar and salt. In large bowl toss almonds, pistachios, apricots and figs with melted butter. Sprinkle with rosemary mixture and toss to combine.
