Ingredients
- 14 cup popcorn kernels
- 1/8 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- 1 tablespoon finely minced fresh
- parsley
- 1/2 cup grated, aged Parmesan cheese
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 small, fresh white or black truffle for
- optional garnish
Preparation
Step 1
Pop kernels in air popper or favorite popcorn popper following manufacturer's directions. In large mixing bowl, toss warm Popcorn with butter, truffle oil, parsley and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Grate truffle over popcorn at table, if desired.
