Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 8 cups toasted pecan halves
Preparation
Step 1
Line 2 baking sheets with foil. In saucepan ring sugar, juice and zest to boil, while stirring. Boil 1 min. Remove from heat. Stir in pecans; pour onto baking sheets. Let stand until firm. To serve, break into pieces.
