Garlic Roasted Puree

Ingredients

  • 4 heads garlic
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Slice the bottoms off heads of garlic to loosen cloves. Leave skins intact. Place in shallow bakeware. Drizzle w/ olive oil. Bake 20 min. Cool. Slip from skins and place in food processor. Add salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Process till smooth.
